Letter to HCN Members

Dear Friend,

We are living in a time of extraordinary knowledge, capability, and opportunity—yet too many people still struggle with preventable illness, declining well-being, and systems that fall short of supporting human flourishing.

What if that could change?

I am writing to invite you to become a founding participant in a different kind of organization—a member-funded, cooperative nonprofit built on a simple but powerful idea: the people most affected by society’s outcomes should have a direct voice in shaping them.

Our mission is clear: to implement real, practical interventions that improve human health and well-being at scale. Not just ideas, but action. Not just discussion, but measurable progress.

This organization is structured so that:

• Members democratically elect the Board of Directors

• Governance flows from the collective will of its members

• Priorities are set through cooperation, shared insight, and evidence-based decision-making

In short, this is not an institution that acts on behalf of people—it is an institution driven by people.

But for this vision to succeed, it requires individuals willing to step forward—not as passive observers but as active participants in shaping the future.

By becoming a member, you will:

• Help guide the direction and priorities of meaningful health and societal initiatives

• Multiply your personal impact through coordinated, collective action

• Contribute to building systems designed not just for survival, but for human thriving

This is an opportunity to move beyond frustration and into constructive influence—to be part of something that is intentionally designed to address the root causes of suffering and build a healthier, more resilient society.

The question is not whether change is needed.

The question is whether we will organize effectively enough to create it.

If you believe that a better future is possible—and that it should be built deliberately, intelligently, and cooperatively—I invite you to join us.

Become a member. Add your voice. Help shape the direction.

Together, we can construct the kind of society humanity needs to truly thrive and progress.
